Player proficiency in stein.world is measured in a unit called Fraction of Makh, after top player Makh. The proficiency of a player can be calculated with a series of formulas.

How to calculateEdit

$ \text{Fraction of Makh} = \frac{\frac{\text{level}}{2} + \text{armor} + \text{weapons} + \text{banners} + \text{tools} + \frac{\text{recipes}}{10} + \frac{\text{proflevel}}{10}}{125.2} $ $ \text{armor} = \text{pieces of tier 1.5 armor} \times 0.8 +\\ \quad \text{pieces of crafted tier 1.5 armor} \times 0.9 +\\ \quad \text{pieces of tier 2 armor} \\ \\ \text{weapons} = \text{number of tier 1.5 weapons} \times 0.8 +\\ \quad \text{number of crafted tier 1.5 weapons} \times 0.9 +\\ \quad \text{number of tier 2 weapons} \\ \\ \text{banners} = \text{number of banners} \\ \\ \text{tools} = \text{number of old tools} \times 0.7 +\\ \quad \text{number of copper tools} \times 0.8 +\\ \quad \text{number of tin tools} \times 0.9 +\\ \quad \text{number of iron tools}) \\ \\ \text{recipes} = \text{number of lumbering recipes} + \\ \quad \text{number of mining recipes} + \\ \quad \text{number of herbalism recipes} + \\ \quad \text{number of weaponsmith recipes} + \\ \quad \text{number of enchanter recipes} + \\ \quad \text{number of tailor recipes} + \\ \quad \text{number of leatherworking recipes} + \\ \quad \text{number of armorsmith recipes} + \\ \quad \text{number of other recipes} \\ \\ \text{proflevel} = \text{lumbering level} + \\ \quad \text{mining level} + \\ \quad \text{herbalism level} + \\ \quad \text{weaponsmith level} + \\ \quad \text{enchanter level} + \\ \quad \text{tailor level} + \\ \quad \text{leatherworking level} + \\ \quad \text{armorsmith level} $

You are not allowed to count items that you have a better version of. For example, if you have a Iron Pickaxe and a Tin Pickaxe in your inventory, you are not allowed to count the Tin Pickaxe.

Highest possible valuesEdit

$ \text{level}: 30 \\ \text{armor}: 24 \\ \text{weapons}: 24 \\ \text{banners}: 9 \\ \text{tools}: 3 \\ \text{recipes}: 262 \\ \text{proflevel}: 240 \\ $
